A couple of notes regarding registration:

  • Are you bringing a group and not yet ready to enter in all of your attendees but want to make sure you receive the early discount rate or scholarship rate? Please fill out this FORM to pre-register and request your discount. DISCOUNT REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 12/15/19.

  • You will receive an email confirmation if your registration went through correctly. Please note that if you leave the form idle, it can time out. On Apple products, Chrome is known to have issues. Try using another browser like Safari.  If you do not receive a confirmation screen, please re-enter your information. If you have any issues, please contact us at 630-637-5468.

  • You can use the same form for an individual or group

  • You do not have to pay at the time you register. You can mail a check or request an invoice.

  • The default payment option is via credit card / PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card through PayPal. If you plan to mail in a check or be invoiced, make sure to switch to that option or the form or it will take you to PayPal and you will lose the information you have entered.

  • Only one discount code is accepted per form. If you are registering more than one person and using more than one code, you will need to do separate registration forms per discount code. 

  • Order your SEA T-shirt in ADVANCE! Designed by 2019 keynote speaker Juan de Lascurain and only $20. Shirts can be ordered via the conference registration form. Quantities are limited.

  • Additional activities require a separate registration form: Juried College Art Competition, Pitch Competition for Creatives, and Extra Add-On Activities outside of normal conference hours (Friday and Saturday evening.)
